im proud to share with my readers that i've lost almost 15 pounds in 2 weeks! this jogging has really been doing me justice. i do admit, i slipped up this past weekend, went on a binge after smoking 3 L's; don't judge me! [lmao] but i hereby pledge to get back on my grizzy! i now weigh 160. my goal is 135. i definitely have to crack down & yell at myself, 'cause late at night, the rumbling in my tummy demands that i stuff my face! and we all know that's especially not good when you're trying to shed el-beez. i can't stand water, but i've been forcing myself to drink it, although i do need to drink a lot more! i give myself a solid month before i reach my goal. let's get it!
